Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3. User Conduct

By using SocialHut, you agree not to:

Engage in fraud, impersonation, or deception
Violate intellectual property or privacy rights
Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the platform

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, post, or share (including text, photos, audio, video, etc.). By submitting content, you grant SocialHut a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and distribute it for platform-related purposes.

You agree that:

You have full rights to the content you share
Your content complies with all applicable laws
You will not upload harmful, misleading, or infringing material
You are solely responsible for your content and interactions

We may remove or restrict content that violates these terms or poses risk to the platform or users.

5. Monetization

SocialHut may offer monetization features (e.g., creator tips, subscription content, ad revenue). By participating, you agree to:

Comply with SocialHut’s monetization policies
Only monetize content you own or have full rights to
Provide accurate payment and tax information when required
Pay any applicable taxes and fees based on your jurisdiction

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or revoke monetization privileges at any time.

Payouts and revenue-sharing structures are subject to change and may include processing fees or thresholds. Any earnings obtained from fraudulent behavior will be forfeited.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) to use SocialHut in the past 12 months.
